• Fully equipped chef's kitchen with copper farm sink, 5-burner gas stove, double oven, Keurig single-serve coffee maker + 12-cup carafe coffee maker
• Open-concept main floor with dining area for 8, living room with wood-burning fireplace, and access to the open-air deck with outdoor dining
• Upper-level loft with seating, Smart TV for streaming or cable, and dedicated work space; enjoy music throughout the loft and main level of the home with six Bluetooth-connected ceiling speakers
• Lower-level den with 65" Smart TV for streaming or cable and 5.1 speaker surround sound
• Custom stone patio with hammock, outdoor seating, wood-burning fire pit, and hot tub, overlooking the postcard-worthy view

Important to Note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. An indoor and outdoor water filtration system was added in 2020.
There is an exterior security camera. Firewood is not provided as part of the rental. We recommend picking up a bundle of firewood at one of our local Ingles grocery stores. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions can become extreme. From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles.

Wonderful home and nicely located with quick access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and close enough to Asheville to enjoy some of the city fun. Clean and well cared for property that is ideal for a family.

Property and house was amazing. We somehow were able to use Uber to get to and from Asheville all weekend
