The Gelsomino apartment is a cozy three-room apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people and is decorated with charming floral patterns; it is located on the first floor of the "Villa Anna" residence. The two double bedrooms, the bathroom, and the living room are perfect for a family, who can enjoy the summer sun on the terrace or in the shade of a private gazebo—for their exclusive use—on the first floor. The property is just 500 meters from the sandy beach at Lido di Capoliveri, which is particularly well-suited for families and those who enjoy seaside walks and windsurfing! Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, as well as the main amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, ATMs), are just a few minutes’ drive from the property.

A few notes about your four-legged friends: we love animals, which is why your furry friends are welcome at our properties. We are confident that our guests—out of respect for the property and the cleaning staff—will take care to remove their pets’ hair as much as possible. Unfortunately, in the past, we’ve had some dramatic and difficult-to-manage experiences that have caused us serious problems: we’re confident in our guests’ understanding and cooperation. In such cases, our policy is as follows: 1. ALWAYS notify us in advance of the animal’s breed, size, and coat type, as we reserve the right to DECLINE certain requests; 2. Pets are ABSOLUTELY not allowed in the rooms or bathrooms, nor are they allowed to climb onto beds or sofas; 3. Rental linens will not be provided.
