- Parking: Enjoy the convenience of free parking in our property driveway. Additionally, Tombstone offers free parking throughout the town.

- Guest Policies: To maintain a tranquil environment, we do not permit pets or children under 10 years old. The homestead is ideally suited for older children and adults.

- Reservation Information: For same-day reservations, please book before 12 PM to allow us time to prepare your tent.

- Fire Pits: Available for grilling, but please note they are not available during fire warnings.

- Hot Water: Please be patient and let the tap run for a while to enjoy hot water.

- CPAP Accommodation: If you are bringing a CPAP machine, please let us know before reserving so we can accommodate this.
