Great location for a week of relaxing and fishing. The house had everything we needed and the master bed was very comfortable. Short drive to Guntersville where we enjoyed amazing restaurants each night. Our little dog loved the screen in back porch for squirrel, bird, and chipmunk watching. Highly recommend this property! Did I mention the fishing is amazing?

Outdoor screened in porch was phenomenal! I don’t believe we went inside other than to make drinks and cook something light!! I would say the only negative would be no bathroom in the basement bedroom so in the middle of the night you have to come upstairs and go to the front of the house to go to the bathroom. Other than that, it was great, and if you had children who didn’t need the bathroom in the middle of the night…it would be a perfect perfect set up. Would stay there again! Beautiful sunrises also!!

Beautiful home and property. Clean and have everything you need it. The only suggestion I have is the front door you can’t get in and you can’t get out.

Overall, our stay was okay. The home has one of the best views on the lake. For that it deserves 3 stars. However, we felt that there could have been much more cleaning done both inside and especially outside. The deck, as beautiful as the view was, appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time. Both upstairs and downstairs. The exterior of the house and dock was extremely dirty. The inside of the house was okay but again we found filth that was not cleaned prior to our arrival. I know not everyone has the same standards but we have rented many homes over the years and this one was dirty, cluttered, and in disarray. We felt like it was disrespectful and will not rent it again.
