Cozy 4 bedroom secure home in good neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen and air conditioned garage game room. Hi Speed Fiber Internet/wifi is included. Outdoor living: Heated private pool, Hot Tub, fire pit, Covered Patio, Gazebo and BBQ to enjoy those perfect Arizona evenings.

Please no primary guests under 27 years old. Strict party rules in place. The house is located in a cul de sac in a great neighborhood, and we want to respect our neighbors. Violation of house rules will not be tolerated. A nest door bell is installed facing the street for your safety.

Home had just about everything we needed. Had a few minor things pop up but the host was very quick to communicate and remedy the small issues! Great location! Super close to everything!!
