The main house has four bedrooms, arranged as two with double beds and two single rooms. The master bedroom features an en suite, while the other three rooms share the main bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned, providing comfort throughout the tropical climate.

Edge Hill is one of Cairns' most sought-after suburbs, offering an array of fantastic eateries. It’s also within walking distance to the beautiful Botanical Gardens and just 6 km from the city center.

To make the most of your stay, renting a car is highly recommended as most attractions are a short drive away. For those who prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop just around the corner from the house.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
