The space
Welcome to 'Elysea Escape!'
As you enter you will be greeted by a beautifully appointed Alys Beach-vibe, with quartz counters, high ceilings, and wide plank wood floors throughout. The first floor is a wonderful space for entertaining and gathering together, with a massive open-concept floor plan and outdoor living space.
There is also a brand new game room in the garage, featuring a pool table, a ping pong table, jukebox, mini fridge, and several different arcade games for endless entertainment!
The fully fenced pool area has a chic vibe, with an oversize sun shelf, fire table, outdoor dining table, corn hole, and green space, making it feel like you're at an upscale resort lounging poolside! There's also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
The second floor houses 4 king bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Ascending to the third floor you will find another king bedroom, full bathroom, additional living room/hangout space with shuffleboard, and TWO additional bunk rooms! The first bunk room has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks, and the second has 3 sets of twin over twin bunks.
This is the perfect location for enjoying the sun, sand and sea all day! Free parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway and fully fenced yard.

Located on the South side of 30A, this gorgeous 7 bedroom 5.5 bath home is a short 1-minute walk directly to the beach and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico! There are no wristbands needed for access, no lines to wait in, and less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas - - and this home's deeded beach access is PRIVATE!
Other things to note
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in before the heater will be turned on; it is available October 1 - April 30 for $50/day.
-The complimentary beach setups are provided March - October by La Dolce Vita.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The beach is a 2 minute walk to the end of the street with gated access. The pool was large enough for many to enjoy. The tables outside and inside saw plenty of use playing cards and games. We enjoyed the game room the first few nights.The location of this property puts you in walking distance of many great places to eat and shop.The host was incredible, checking in with us making sure everything was going ok during our stay.The only snag was that the listing is not quite accurate in terms of the number of bedrooms. On the 3rd floor, there is a room with 4 bunk beds that is essentially a closet with 4 beds. You access it through the King bedroom on that floor making it challenging for the adults we had planned to stay in that room. It would be fine for a family with small kids as their kids would be in the same room with their parents. 7 bedrooms is not accurate. It's 6 with an attached bunk closet. They are great beds and the house is great, but the listing should not count that as a bedroom. There was not a place for my two sisters in law and my niece to put any of their luggage and they had to sneak in past the occupant of the King bed.I highly recommend this house as long as the sleeping arrangements work with your group. You will love it.

The house is lovely great location. We did have multiple minor issues that unfortunately add up to downgrade the experience. Second floor guest bathtub stopper didn’t work outside shower was cracked and sprayed water everywhere a few bug issues in the pantry kitchen, which can be expected in South Florida the trim piece on the island would fall every time you opened the dishwasher. It actually smashed my toe the first time, but not seriously. The guidebook says to text Jonathan the chair guy each morning with our chair request. My daughter was the first one there and got yelled at by Jonathan saying we shouldn’t be using his personal text which is the number they gave us. We did address these issues with management and they sent over a handyman, but he never fixed anything only took pictures.
