Villa Bella Toscana Relax, Monsummano Terme — 290 sqm for 12 guests, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, spread over two floors (first floor accessible by stairs). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen: espresso machine, moka pot, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove with hood, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, blender, cutting boards, knives, TV, and fireplace. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, workspace, washing machine, high chairs, and cribs are available.



Private garden with outdoor shower, private pool (9:00–21:00, evening cleaning, open from May to October depending on weather), barbecue area with table under a covered patio, usable even in the rain. Covered gym next to the pool, equipped with treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench, ab bench, inversion bench, and exercise bike—usable even in the rain, but not during storms. There is also a professional foosball table.



Parking: 2 shared spaces, 2 in the garage, and street parking available. 3 rental bikes are available for an extra fee, as well as a ping pong table. Bus stop within walking distance. Electric vehicle charging station available for an extra fee. Events can be organized at the property on request and for an extra fee. Private chef and horseback riding available on request and for an extra fee.



The owners live in the adjacent apartment and are available for support and local tips.
