*Sustainable Bedding Preparation



To help us operate more sustainably and reduce unnecessary water, energy, and laundry consumption, we prepare and make up beds according to the number of guests included in the reservation.



For example, if two guests book the apartment, bedding will typically be prepared for one double bed unless otherwise requested.



If members of your group prefer to sleep in separate beds, please let us know before arrival so we can prepare the apartment accordingly.



Our goal is to balance comfort with responsible resource management while ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant stay.



Guest Access:

Check-in is fully contactless - you’ll receive your personal door code before arrival and can access the apartment anytime after 4 PM.

To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.



If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.



Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.
