It's features a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, two bedrooms, and a cooking living area with a sofa bed – every detail is thoughtfully designed.

*Sustainable Bedding Preparation



To help us operate more sustainably and reduce unnecessary water, energy, and laundry consumption, we prepare beds according to the number of guests included in the reservation.



For example, if two guests book the apartment, bedding will typically be prepared for one double bed unless otherwise requested.



If members of your group prefer to sleep in separate beds, please let us know before arrival so we can prepare the apartment accordingly.



Our goal is to balance guest comfort with responsible resource management while ensuring everyone enjoys a pleasant stay.



Please note: The bathroom is located on the lower level of the loft.

To reach it, you’ll use the staircase - a layout that many guests appreciate for its loft-style character, while others may find it slightly less conventional.



Guest Access:

Check-in is fully contactless. You’ll receive your personal door code before arrival and can access the apartment anytime after 4 PM.



**Early Access**



To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.



If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.



Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.

Tucked between the calm lakeside and Berlin’s creative pulse, Weißensee offers a slower rhythm - local cafés, ateliers, and leafy streets that still carry the city’s authentic charm.



Getting Around:

Here, design studios meet family-owned bakeries, and evenings often end by the water at Weißer See. Within minutes, trams connect you to Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg - yet you’ll always return to a place that feels distinctly its own.

• Please use our Wi-Fi responsibly - streaming and work are great, but downloading restricted content is not allowed under German law.

• This is a non-smoking apartment - our smoking guests are welcome to enjoy a break in the backyard.

• Beds are prepared according to the number of guests booked. If you require separate sleeping arrangements, please let us know before arrival.
