Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
Set in a peaceful and elegant setting, Villa Elena is a prestigious and refined residence located in Moniga del Garda.
Situated in an excellent strategic location, 200 meters from the lake and a 10-minute walk from the town center, this ideal location allows you to get around on foot and/or by bike, with direct access just a few meters away to the lakeside promenade that connects us to Padenghe sul Garda via the lake.
A 10-minute drive from Desenzano d/g and 20 minutes from Sirmione.
Villa Elena is set within a green oasis—its large garden—which is meticulously maintained and extends around the entire perimeter of the house.
The villa boasts an exclusive lake view, enjoyable from both the first floor and the first floor (sleeping area).
The villa features a large swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs, a shower, a beach umbrella, and a table—perfect for breakfast or lunch by the pool.
Access to the property begins with a long driveway lined with maritime pines, at the end of which you’ll find private parking spaces reserved for our guests.
The entrance to the property leads up an elegant staircase with a separate entrance, guiding us into our Villa, which is furnished with elegance and attention to detail.
Inside, the villa features a bright entryway that leads into a large living room with windows overlooking the lake.
The kitchen, equipped with every amenity, opens onto a large porch furnished with sofas and tables—perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The first floor also features a bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine.
The first floor, flanked by a spacious terrace overlooking the lake, houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all equipped with double beds and air conditioning.
The parking area is uncovered and located within the villa, with space for up to 4 cars.
All of the spaces listed above are for the EXCLUSIVE use of our guests.
The villa has three floors; the basement is currently OCCUPIED.
The entrances are separate and independent; the only shared area is the driveway, which is accessible to both guests and hosts by car.

Amazing villa with great style and character that included everything we needed. This is simply the best villa we have stayed in ever! The photographs do not do justice to the quality of the villa, it’s immaculate gardens, pool area and terraces at the front and side of the villa. All bedrooms have balcony access. The service was excellent from beginning to end with gifts at the beginning and end. Thank you!
