The kitchen is fully stocked (with culinary set, all the necessary dinnerware and more) and has a full line of new appliances. The dining area sits 6, and there are an additional 2 bar stools.



Important Building & Property Information



Please note that the building is currently undergoing a preventative maintenance project. During this work, black safety mesh is installed over portions of the building, which may partially obstruct the views from the windows. As part of the project, balcony doors must remain closed while work is in progress.



The project is currently scheduled to be completed by September.



Please also note that the building pool is available Saturday and Sunday only, from sunrise to sunset.



Guest Access:

Our guest will have access to the hotels amenities including the state of art spa and the gym and Pool. Paid valet parking through the hotel. Please note, this unit comes with 4 amenity cards for adults, 2 additional children (Maximum) may use the amenities without an amenity card.



Getting Around:

Uber because you are located in the central part of the beautify downtown of Miami.
