The villa is a 5-10 min walk from the Blue Bay's beautiful sandy beach, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters, sunbeds and shady palm trees. As a guest of Villa Bocazul, you have complimentary access to the beach including a beach chair. Other facilities of the resort, such as the 18 holes golf course, tennis courts, diving, may be used, and a corresponding fee will be charged.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
