SECURITY
For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the front door and driveway at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

WEATHER
In the winter, a 4-wheel-drive car is required to get up the driveway. Please make sure your transportation, car service, or rental car to get to the home has this.

Additionally, an SUV is highly recommended year-round, as the roads leading to the home are not paved. A vehicle with higher clearance will help ensure a smooth and safe arrival.

WILDLIFE
Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

NOISE
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

ACCESSIBILITY
This two-level home requires stairs for second-level access.


NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

While we understand and respect the importance of service animals, bringing service dogs to this property is not advised. The home is surrounded by nature, and sightings of wildlife such as bears and mountain lions are not uncommon.

For the safety of both you and your pet, we strongly recommend leaving service animals at home when staying at this location.

NO SMOKING
Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited at this property. Due to the high fire risk in the area, any violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine. We kindly ask that you be cognizant of your woodland surroundings and help us protect the home and natural environment by adhering to this policy.
