Über diese chalet dieses Ferienunterkunft
Fireside cabin features a fire pit under the rock overhang, a large sunken bathroom with a double tile shower and a double size jetted Jacuzzi tub tucked into a bay window. There is a full kitchen, A/C, phone, streaming TV, DVD, and a wireless MP3 speaker for use with your mobile device. There are a four-poster king-size bed and a queen-size futon to accommodate a small child.
There are some steep hills to access the cabin. A front wheel drive vehicle is needed and during winter conditions a 4-wheel drive would be required. The property is NOT motorcycle or trailer friendly.
**The cabin is on well water, and we recommend you bring your drinking water. It is safe for cooking and bathing but may have a slight sulphury smell.

The jacuzzi tub isn't really usable because of how much hot water is available and how long it takes to fill it over the jets. Your vehicle needs to be a 4wheel drive because of how steep the roads are. We picked up the keys outside of a rental company because they closed at 7 or 8 pm. We returned the keys to the rental company after checkout. I recommend having some drinking water in the fridge for the guests because we were unable to purchase water until the following day.

Fireside cabin exceeded our expectations. Met with friendly staff at the office for check-in. The cabin is pet-friendly which was a plus! The property was lovely and clean - really cool rock structure behind it, creek down below. It had some really nice features: large soaking tub, charcoal grill and grilling supplies. Mattress was comfy and all linens were clean. Highly recommend booking Fireside cabin for your next visit to Rogers or Slade, KY!

It was beautiful in the woods! The cabin was great- huge jacuzzi tub and shower, lots of hot water, great kitchen and very comfortable bed! Nearby hiking was easy to find and figure out!
