The house and dock are positioned to give quick and easy access to boating and fishing opportunities on the waterway. On the hottest days of the summer, sit under the house and enjoy the cool breeze coming off the water. More of a beach person? No problem, the house is only 1/4 mile from the beach with public access points up and down the beach front.
