The house located just a few miles from downtown Franklin and just a short drive to downtown Nashville and BNA, Franklin Green Neighborhood is the perfect place for your next Family Extended Stay.
This beautiful furnished 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is nestled right in the heart of Franklin. It is available for short term or long term rental for anyone moving or working for long periods of time in the Franklin, Brentwood area.
The house is fully stocked with the highest quality furnishings for your enjoyment and leisure. High speed internet and cable are available for your use. There is an open floor plan with a huge sunroom that have projector with 100inch screen. The outdoor deck is just off the sunroom as well.
The kitchen features with new appliances and all the cooking utensils you need so you don't have to worry about dining out each meal.
Kruger, Target, Panera brad and a shopping mall that has plenty of restaurants is within 5 min drive from the house.
The downstairs master bedroom includes a king size bed, 50inch flat screen tv and a full walk in closet. The master bath has a walk in shower and full size vanity.
There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The 2 queen size beds bedroom has a flat screen TV and large closet. The second bedroom has one queen size bed, and walk in closet, the third bedroom has queen size bed, and a large closet.
Guests also have full access to the outside backyard patio area, including the fire pit. There is a nice large deck off of the sunroom with electric grill, outdoor table with 4 chairs, It's the perfect place to unwind from a long days of work!

Clean house with a great host

We did not use the kitchen for cooking. Only the refrigerator for drinks. Was up early and gone most of the day. I do have a few suggestions to make the stay a little more comfortable for the guest. Need to put more seating in the bedrooms like a bench in front of the beds and/or chairs. Because we where elderly in the bedroom we had no place to put on clothing other than the bed. Being short didn't help couldn't touch floor. Also because we are in a technology world having a TV in all the bedrooms would have been great. Couldn't get the game in the projection room only movies and my husband was looking for the football games. Only in the master bedroom which had no seating had to get a chair from the dining area which was uncomfortable, and everybody in the bedroom not cool. Also could have used more towels we had to wash towels to complete our stay. Overall a clean place would stay again loved the neighborhood and close to restaurants a quick drive.

The host was very responsive to emails and the house was clean and spacious. However, the smell of the cleaning agents was overpowering for one of our guests so we were unable to stay and had to find other accommodations last minute. That was unfortunate as we had to pay full price for this rental plus a last minute hotel.The house itself was nice, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, but the pictures on the VRBO site definitely make it look better than reality. For example, the TV room appears to be a renovated porch off of the kitchen with worn furniture. The living room has 2 chairs but no sofa so not convenient as a conversation space. Furniture also worn here. Finally, the firepit and backyard were disappointing with slat missing from the fence and firepit very old/not as pictured. Some of the surrounding houses were not in great shape as well.Overall, it could be worth it if you have a large group and your expectations aren't that the house will look exactly as expected from the pictures.
