Welcome to our charming 1940's cottage located in Newport’s historic Point District! This delightful home is perfect for both families and their furry friends. Pets stay free, with no additional pet fees, and all breeds and weights are welcome. Woof!

I had a great stay here with my dog. The property is on a beautiful quiet street, but still walkable to Newport and the water. Inside was cozy and clean. The fenced-in yard was an added bonus when traveling with dogs. Had a lovely weekend in Newport and will definitely be staying here again!

Great comminucation by host! Cottage was exactly as described and served as a great stay in Providence. Such a cute and cozy place. We throughly enjoyed the area and the cottage. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ed and Kathy for a great place to stay!

Geeat yard for pets. Location was great close to the action on a quaint street close to the water. Placement of Toilet was funky. Dirt build up in corners of rooms and especially around tub. One of the mattresses was very old you would sink to the middle could not access tv or internet
