This 3 bedroom, 3.5 Cottage townhome is sure to make a splash! You enter this home through a chef's kitchen, fully furnished with new stainless steel appliances, Keurig, spices, a crock pot, an ice cream maker, a griddle, and so much more. Off of the kitchen and living areas, you will find the master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom. The master as well as the living area provides access to the lower screened-in porch, perfect for entertaining guests. Finishing off the first floor is a one-car garage, half bath, and laundry closet. The second-floor houses two ensuite queen bedrooms with access to the second-floor screened-in porch perfect for enjoying some fresh air. A work/study area is set up on the landing. This Cottage offers many other amenities such as 4 adult bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, 4 smart TVs, beach toys, and a child's pack-n-play. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community firepit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

The house was exactly as promised. Tad, the property manager, is fabulous. All questions and requests were responded to very quickly and to our satisfaction.

The property was more beautiful than I imagined. We had the best time. Condo was immaculately clean and decorated so beautifully. The view from every bedroom was gorgeous. Definitely would stay at Mermaids Lair again.

Time together with two generations. We enjoyed some activities together, some singly, but always resting and doing something different than what we normally do.This was our first time on the island. We found that everything was we wanted or needed was close. We definitely want to return in a year or two.
