Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space & entertainment
The game room anchors the home's entertainment lineup - a 65-inch HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and standard cable, paired with a pool table, arcade games, life size games, and a collection of board games. A dedicated children's playroom is stocked with toys, books, and games for every age group, and an outdoor playground gives younger guests room to run and climb. A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and age-grouped books and toys are available for families with little ones. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace in the common area keep remote workers covered throughout the stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and the family room. Two master ensuites each feature a king bed, ceiling fan, and private bathroom - the primary suite opens directly onto the pool area through sliding glass doors and includes a rain shower and bidet. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a Mickey-themed room with two single beds, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. A queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the family room provides additional sleeping space. All bedrooms come with smart TVs giving everyone access to streaming services and cable.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for every meal: a GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, and microwave sit alongside a drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, blender, toaster, and smokeless indoor grill. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a hot water kettle, and coffee are all provided. Barbecue utensils are supplied for outdoor cooking with the charcoal, electric, or gas BBQ grill. An indoor dining table and a separate outdoor dining area mean there is always room to eat together.

Outdoor & pool
The private screened-in outdoor pool and spa are available year-round, 24 hours a day - pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area make the backyard easy to settle into, while a private patio offers more room to relax. A pool view from inside the home keeps you connected to the outdoor action.

Location & resort access
Free resort access gives guests use of nearby community facilities including a shared gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, and sand volleyball. Lake access is also available via a path or dock. With Disney just 10 miles away and the broader Orlando Area's theme park corridor right at hand, the home works equally well as an active base or a low-key retreat.

Safety & comfort
Two exterior security cameras monitor the front and back of the property - none face any interior spaces. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all on-site. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, drying rack, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage across walk-in closets, closets, and dressers cover all day-to-day needs. Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles, with street parking nearby. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Breakfast is provided, housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and self check-in is via smart lock. Long-term stays are welcome.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
