The Coral Door is a 1930's, newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home located just 8 blocks north of Main Street on a quiet street. The backyard is an oasis with string lights over the fire pit and hot tub (brand new as of December 2023). A beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is also a large area for washer pitching and horseshoes.
There are king sized beds in 3 of the bedrooms and 2 twin beds located in the fourth bedroom. The sofa in the living room is a pull out sofa that can accommodate 2 more guests.
There is a great fully stocked kitchen for entertaining and plenty of games to enjoy!

KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig & regular coffeemaker
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – Flat Screen Smart TV with Apple TV, WiFi, outdoor area with a 7 person hot tub (brand new as of December 2023), string lights, outdoor games like washers & horseshoes, outdoor wood firepit, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), washer/dryer

- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

The house was perfect for four couples. We cooked breakfast, we ate snacks, we played games and we completed a puzzle. We also found time to enjoy the hot tub. Perfect stay!

Cute layout of the house in a nice quiet neighborhood……not as close to shops as we had hoped, but the drive was easy. A few 4 stars were marked as there were plumbing issues and a chair leg was broken and backyard could have been a bit nicer if debris was blown out from trees… very responsive when items reported…… would stay here again in future!

Great house for a girls weekend. Only issue was one of the toilets wasn’t working when we arrived. We communicated to the host (who dropped by) but it never got resolved. Overall, great location and loved the hot tub.

Lacked WiFi services throughout stay. Would stay again if there is no WiFi issues.
