The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, great location and had everything we needed including an ice maker. Had trouble figuring out the front door lock but 1 phone call and we were inside! Thanks for letting us rent the condo. We will definitely rent this one again!

The condo was nice with a very good balcony, enough room for 4 comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with a nice coffee maker. The master bed mattress was too soft for me and had a valley on one side of the bed. The other bedroom’s mattress seemed newer and was much better.
We’ll likely be back if the price is reasonable

Condo was very nice and comfortable, mostly. The sheets on the bed in the back bedroom di not fit a king size bed and were too small to cover up with. Choice of pillows was nice. No place to set suitcases--need luggage racks. Washer worked well until Thursday evening, then it died. Reported it and maintenance guy came Friday and said it was new and under warranty and he would report it (to whom)? Friday the elevator in building C1 was acting up--not opening on correct floor, jumping and making whirring noises that were new, you had to go up to floor 7 then come down to floor 5. Reported it and security came Friday evening and said it was a common problem with these old elevators. They put a sign on it that said it was out of order. So we, and all other guest had to use stairs to haul luggage down to our cars--not easy for folks in late 70's to do. It seems to me that the Pinnacle Port HOA needs to put some money into repairing/replacing the elevators. That put bad spin on a trip that had been nice.
