Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The home is located in beautiful Livingston Montana, which is 20 min from Bozeman, 10 min from Paradise Valley, 20 min Big Sky, 1 mile from Yellowstone river, 20 min from the World Famous “Chico hot springs.” Chico has natural hot springs and a great restaurant that is family friendly. My personal favorite in the area!! There are many hikes and trails nearby, beautiful views, fishing in Yellowstone river. Brand new AC just installed to stay cool for the Summer ☀️

Very clean and relaxing vrbo. The best one I've stayed at. We broke a glass while cleaning it and the host wasn't to worried about it. Things happen. I'm happy that there's still people out that understand and don't charge for a broken glass. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We'll be back again in a year or two.

Our stay was ok but overall, a bit misleading in the VRBO description and not very well thought out.First, this not a stand alone house, it is a duplex. It also does not have 5 bedrooms since the 5th is actually just a landing with twin beds and has no door or privacy. Lastly, we rented this in the heat of the summer and the listing stated that it had AC. It doesn’t. They have 2 portable units. One in an upstairs bedroom and one is the living room. The others, including the master, are not air conditioned and were very hot.Also, the house had random stuff crammed in every drawer and closet, expired food in the fridge and cupboards, some old Christmas decorations hanging around and lacked basic things like a house book with check-in and checkout instructions and Wi-Fi information.I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one just falls short.
