Bedrooms 2 and 3 include two king sized beds and have private entrance and exits through French doors that open to the spacious back porch. The bedrooms and back porch area have some of the best views of the spectacular sunsets on Dauphin Island. Bedroom 1 includes another king sized bed with a gulf view. Bedroom 4 contains two sets of twin sized bunk beds which are perfect for the kids. Bedroom 5 includes a full and twin sized bunk bed. All bedrooms and living area have Smart TV's. An interactive Nex Playground system is provided for additional family fun. WiFi is included. Home has highchair and playpen for smaller children. Please be advised of the following information prior to placing a Reservation: Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 23. Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. Maximum Occupancy numbers include children and cannot be exceeded at any time. All of our homes are Non-Smoking and Pet Friendly with a paid pet fee. Please note: A starter pack of essentials are provided. This includes: one small bottle of dish detergent, two dishwasher pods, a small bottle of washing machine detergent, one 4-pack of toilet paper, a few garbage bags, and small toiletries to get you started. Please pack salt, pepper, and other spices. The housekeepers remove opened containers after each visit to stay in compliance with our safety guidelines.
