Everything was amazing! House was clean and everything was accessible and working.Host communicated efficiently and on a timely manner, was very understanding and made us feel welcome. Would 10/10 recommend and plan on coming back here!!

The rental was in a safe and secure neighborhood. A great place to get away and enjoy peace and quiet from work. A perfect location to be able to dine out at different restaurants and a short distance to Cocoa Beach. It met all our expectations and more.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in the Cocoa Beach/Merritt Island area. The home was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed — the kitchen was fully stocked woth cooking equipment, the bathrooms had all the essentials, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax. The location was perfect too. It was just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the attractions around Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island, while still feeling peaceful and convenient. You can tell a lot of care goes into this property, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
