Dolphins are frequent visitors and the peace and tranquility here is unmatched. Enjoy the water if you want or just sit and watch, either way you’ll never want to leave. Guests are welcome to use the house, yard and hot tub. The hot tub is off the back porch and overlooks the bay!

There are two guest bedrooms plus a day bed on the main floor with 3 full baths. The remaining two guest bedrooms are upstairs. There is not a guest bathroom on the second floor. Both downstairs bedrooms have TVs; upstairs bedrooms do not. However the upstairs bedrooms have the best view ever of the bay.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Guests are welcome to use the yard.

We offer self check in via keypad entry.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. We love our neighbors so please be kind and courteous to them.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
