Pool Heating:
- The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75/day. This must be requested with the host at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for heating.
- Heating the pool from November–February may not be available depending on outdoor temperatures, and during this period the fee is $150/day.
- The standard heated pool temperature will be 84°F. Additional payment may be required for requests to heat the pool above this temperature.

Additional notes:
- There are neighborhood cats that you may see on or around the property. The neighborhood ensures the cats are taken care of and fed.
