Aster Haus – Elevated Comfort in the Heart of Tampa Heights
Welcome to Aster Haus, an elegant 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat where modern design meets the timeless charm of Tampa Heights. Just steps from Armature Works, the Riverwalk, and the city’s best dining and entertainment, this home is perfectly positioned for guests who appreciate walkability, comfort, and effortless style.
Soaring 25-foot ceilings fill the main living area with natural light, creating an open and inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. Every corner of Aster Haus has been designed to balance form and function — refined, but never pretentious.
The primary suite features a plush king bed, Roku TV, and a private balcony for two, ideal for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The second upstairs suite offers a queen bed and ensuite bath, while the main-floor bedroom provides another queen bed with convenient access to the shared bathroom.
Outside, the courtyard and pergola offer a serene escape surrounded by tropical landscaping and the sound of a fountain. Whether you’re reading, dining al fresco, or simply unwinding, it’s the kind of outdoor space that makes you want to linger a little longer.
Although newly built, Aster Haus captures the charm of Tampa’s classic bungalows while offering the modern conveniences today’s travelers expect — private parking for two, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The home’s name reflects its personality: “Aster” honors the native flowers and 300+ xeriscaped plants in the garden, while “Haus” nods to the owners’ German heritage and sense of welcome woven throughout the space.
From here, you can easily explore Tampa’s most popular spots — the University of Tampa, the Convention Center, Ybor City, or the waterfront — all within a short drive or pleasant walk. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, Aster Haus offers the ideal balance of location, design, and comfort.
Traveling with a larger group? Three additional homes are available next door, accommodating up to 14 guests in total. Find them listed on our host profile for easy group stays.

Great place to stay while waiting for power to come back on at home.

This is a very beautiful home and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is close to different stores and easy access to the highway. My family enjoyed staying at this property and was safe for kids also. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Tampa area.
