Beautiful house with a swimming pool and large garden, located in a very quiet area on a 640 m² plot, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay in a private and comfortable setting.
The property offers spacious and versatile areas designed for both leisure and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pool table, a sitting room, one single bedroom, and a full bathroom.
On the first floor, you will find 4 double bedrooms, 3 single bedrooms, and a full bathroom, making it ideal for large families or groups.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property: a large garden with two porch areas perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or simply unwinding. The 9x5 meter swimming pool, together with sun loungers, creates a true summer oasis.
The house is equipped with electric radiator heating and free WiFi, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
An ideal accommodation for families and groups of up to 12 people looking for space, peace, and nature.

The swimming pool is available during the summer months (please ask for opening and closing dates before confirming).
Firewood is provided in winter and is not included in the rental price.

We all had a lovely stay! The villa was incredible, exactly as pictured if not better with a lovely view of the mountains. The location was extremely convenient to get into Granada and there were shops and restaurants all in walking distance. María was an incredible host, she went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much María!

What a amazing villa! lush and green, with lots of shady spots and a lovely pool filled from its very ow well of mountain water. The decoration of the villa is fun a glamorous and the kids al enjoyed choosing their rooms. We also enjoyed a great film night in the huge living room. Padul has some nice restaurants and we recommed the 30 minute walk to Padul Lake nature reserve and the villa als benefits from being a 30 minute drive from Granada. The ower and designer of the villa, Maria was delightful. really friendy ad welcoming and gave lots of advice about where to go and kept the pool really clean. A perfect break for our family of 8, we ae missing Villa Mary already!
