This beautifully decorated and recently remodeled townhome is the perfect choice for your next visit to Pensacola Beach! This townhome is positioned directly on Via De Luna Dr and is a short stroll to the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the huge open balcony overlooking the main drag of Pensacola Beach. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill that makes relaxing a breeze. With storage under the balcony for all of your beach gear, this home is ideal for all of your beach adventures.
This convenient 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The huge primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a smart TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The large laundry room is situated between the bedrooms. There is an additional half bath downstairs just off the living room. The open living and dining areas have plenty of room for your crew of 8. There is also a convertible king bed in the living room for an extra bed. The large dining table is perfect for family meals, game nights, office space, or counting seashells. The recently updated kitchen features all high end stainless appliances and is fully equipped for family meals.
There is plenty of driveway parking available and overflow parking available. *The garage is off limits to guests.*
Bring your furry guests along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. *Note - only small to medium dogs under 50lbs are approved - strict limit of 2 dogs* There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

The back porch area was the best! It’s what sold me on the place. Very spacious and entertaining. Very dog friendly, as well…our Yorkie loved the place too! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking & dining in. The bedrooms and upstairs bathrooms were gorgeous…loved the decor and how spacious they were. We will definitely do another staycation and pick this place, to stay.Thank you Chris for our fantastic experience!

Would stay here again and again. The deck is huge, and I loved it. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The beach is a short walk across the street, and there is a small convenience & liquor store right next to the community. Host was responsive and easy to get in touch with.

The bedrooms were nice and clean. However I saw a dead roach on the kitchen floor and that kind of freaked me out
