Welcome to Regal Retreat Villa, an 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom escape located in the exclusive gated community of Champions Gate. Designed to sleep up to 16 guests, this spacious villa blends modern luxury with family-friendly features, making it the perfect home base for your Orlando vacation.
On the first floor, you’ll find two king bedrooms, including a private suite and a shared-bathroom option, offering comfort and convenience for those who prefer ground-level living. Upstairs, six additional bedrooms provide ample space for everyone, including three queen rooms and three fun twin rooms with whimsical décor inspired by Nemo, Mickey, and Princess themes.
Entertainment is at the heart of this home, with a dedicated home theater and an air hockey table for endless fun. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island, flows seamlessly into the formal dining area for group meals. Outdoors, enjoy a private screened-in pool with a child safety fence, sun loungers, and patio seating—the perfect spot to relax after a day at the parks.

Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F.
• GRILL:
Please note that we do not offer grill as standard feature of our properties - However, we can rent a grill for your stay; Please contact us for more information
• PARKING
Maximum of 6 vehicles
RVs, Campervans & Trailers: Only allowed for loading and unloading

Had a great time in a cracking property in a great location

We haven’t traveled I. Two years because of Covid so we were worried about traveling. The villa was clean and everything you would need was available. This home was close to everything.. and we had more than enough room for the family.

I contacted manager prior to our stay to inquire about the poor Feb21 review because I did not want that to be my experience. He assured me that everything was addressed. He lied. The place is falling apart. It’s a great house, just VERY poorly maintained. Multiple door knobs were falling off, holes in doors, door handle to sliding door was completely broken. All the dining room chairs are wobbly, one of the beds were broken (we actually fixed it). The upstairs AC was frozen and leaking all over the carpet. We couldn’t use it for 3 days and had to call every day and finally on the 3rd day after I sent pictures of the frozen pipes outside they sent someone to fix it. The carpet was wet for the duration of our stay. They don’t want to hear your complaints, they literally do not care.
Check in was terrible, we had no idea how to get in the gate, they only sent the house code. You have to go across the street to the guard shack and get your pass. Also, they didn’t tell us every driver needed to be listed on the reservation or they wouldn’t issue a pass. The communication was terrible.
The neighborhood is a party neighborhood! It looks like some houses were rented specifically for house parties.
