This is absolutely gorgeous! The grounds have maintenance ppl everywhere and no “mess” was ever left long enough to see twice! The unit itself is amazing, from the view to the decor!CLEAN!!! NO clutter!!!!!! Plenty of room to add our things to the cabinets! AND the closet next to the full size washer/dryer was empty just for the renter!!The master bed was so comfy and guests said the same about the other beds.We did rent a recliner for an elderly disabled friend as the couch and loveseat weren’t adequate. We brought a hair dryer and an iron and neither were needed. We were very happy to rent again next year but half the month was already taken.

Beach view was excellent. Indoor pool was very small. Too small to really use to swim in. Children enjoyed the lazy river but it wasn’t flowing. The large pool outdoors was not open most of the time. In our unit two of the toilets were very low especially considering the men in our family are 6’3 to 6’5” and one member had an injured leg. None of the cutlery matched and was not adequate. Fortunately I had taken a set of 6 matching cutlery to make it work. My daughter rented a different unit and she had 2 full sets. Also only 3 cereal bowls. Several of the larger size. I appreciated that there was room in the cupboards and pantry for our things since we were staying 2 weeks. Could have used a few more mugs. A dish rack would also be handy. Only one kitchen hand towel and no dish towel. It would be a good idea to clean the brooms and mops that were there. These are a few of my thoughts. Hope they are helpful.

Over-all a nice place. Nicely furnished. Mattresses need replacing, especially in two front bedrooms.
Floors weren't clean though. . Parking for loading and unloadimg werent desirable. Just some miner things, easy to over come! Memories were made with our family and tha'ts what counts! the most!
