Welcome to Broadfoot Place, your home away from home on the beautiful island of Spanish Wells in the Bahamas. Our vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends. Only a short walk from the home, enjoy the tropical breeze as you lounge on the white sandy beach and take a dip in the clear blue waters.

Kevin, the house owner/manager, is super helpful and responsive. The house is a great place to stay if you are going to Spanish Wells.

We rented the house for our adult sons and their families. The house was perfect for their needs. There was ample space for family time as well as alone time. It checked all of the boxes.

Overall we had a great stay in Spanish wells at this property. There was an easy checkin process and quick communication with the owner for all questions prior and during the stay. Great stock of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a few fishing poles, paddles boards, kayak and 2 bikes for use. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had a few basic spices and coffee. We did have an issue with the fridge/freezer cooling but Kevin did respond as soon as we let him know about it. The 4 bedrooms fit 2 families easily. The porch did back up to the Methodist church cemetery which we were able to walk through to get to the beach access behind the church. Would have been nice if the books in the master bedrooms were removed from the drawers for tenant use during a stay. Overall and great trip and stay in Spanish wells.
