This tri-level townhome has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite w/50 inch Screen TV + King Bed and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully loaded kitchen, a deck with lake views, a family room with 50 in. wide-screen TV, dining and living rooms, a place to eat, relax and sleep in comfort. Every convenience includes central A/C, BBQ, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, HBO, Flat screen and plasma TVs throughout, and wireless Internet. Includes a 27’ garage for storing a boat, trailer, or jet skis.

Beautiful, spacious townhouse. Had 7 people, not all staying at the same time, however there would have been room for them. Clean, well stocked. Several spots to congregate. TV area off kitchen, quieter living room. Dining room for all together meals. About a 10 minute walk on sidewalks to Million Dollar Beach. View of water, especially from master bedroom. We did not use the jacuzzi tub/no hot tub on site, it appeared clean. Property manager so responsive. Brought a new coffee pot, when we noted the one on site was not functioning properly. Check in and out very clear. Everyone loved staying here. We were a group of age 23-68. Celebrating graduation from Skidmore.

Cody was awesome. He allowed an early check in by 9 AM that was a life saver after a long cross country flight. He arranged extra propane at a short notice and made sure our experience was great

It worked well lots of space for 6 adults to have together time and privacy.Parking inside the garage was a plus. We came up for balloon festival and location was convenient for Queensbury airport andLake George Village. thank you

Location was very good. Interior was a little tired and could use some updating. Basement bedroom was freezing cold and difficult to regulate. Many light bulbs were missing or burned out. Kitchen, including refrigerator and counters needed additional cleaning. Not nearly enough silverware, bowls, and cutting knives.
