Upper Level: Two additional bedrooms—one with a luxurious King Bed, the other with two Queen Beds and a Full Bed. This floor also includes a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living area.

You have the entire cabin to yourselves, including the huge game room (pool table, air hockey and video arcade), LED hot tub, propane BBQ and laundry room. Central heating, Frontier fiber-optic Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout. Self check-in, and the driveway fits up to 4 cars.



The Neighborhood:

No homes directly in front of you so it so peaceful. The serenity of mountain life is great for the soul. We are 1 cabin away from Snow Summit Year Round Resort. Nice quaint street. Not busy Snow Summit Blvd. Best location in Big Bear Lake. 3 minute drive to lake and village or an easy 10 minute walk.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, and Uber is available in Big Bear Lake. Snow Summit is just one cabin away, so you can walk to the lifts and skip the ski-day parking.



Other Things to Note:

• Self check-in. Your entry code is sent before arrival.

• Parking: the driveway fits up to 4 cars per city ordinance. Street parking is not allowed.

• For security, there is one Ring floodlight camera pointed at the driveway. There are no other cameras, inside or outside.

• Frontier fiber-optic Wi-Fi with speeds up to 500 Mbps.

• In winter, snow chains or 4WD may be required on mountain roads. Please check conditions before you drive up.
