Majestic Sun 301B at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the third floor and sleeps a total of 10. This newly updated vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
Upon entering this newly updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to 2 guests. The kitchen is features new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to 6. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony, and has its own private bath. The second bedroom is a king suite with an HDTV and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 10.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The condo was clean when we arrived, it's directly in front of the beach, and the rental management company accommodated all of our requests, which we really appreciated. The location is definitely the biggest highlight.There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The shower had mold in the grout, and the shower curtain should be replaced. The kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender, and toaster) were functional but of fairly low quality, and the cookware—especially the pans—could use replacing.The condo itself would also benefit from some updates. We've stayed in this same condo complex before, and the other unit we rented had been modernized, making for a much nicer experience. This unit has great potential because of its excellent beachfront location, and with some upgrades and attention to maintenance, it could be an outstanding place to stay.We enjoyed our vacation and would consider staying again if these improvements were made.
