The home is located right in the heart of the shops including the Bell Buckle Cafe, Bluebird Antiques and Ice Cream Parlor, Webb School, and many more quaint shops all within walking distance.
The home is one of the originals to the area as seen on our map in the home. In 2020 we purchased it as an adjunct to Seasons Bed and Breakfast located next door. Some of the property was not salvageable so it came down and now we have a unique tiny home to share!
Full front porch, Living area, kitchen, small bedroom with queen bed and bath located downstairs. Loft upstairs has two twin beds. Smart TV in living room has WiFi for streaming. As much of the original features have been restored as possible. Walk out of the home to the covered back deck with a working fireplace and hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. **1 Dog allowed at $50 per stay with owner approval. **Want a home cooked breakfast? I was excited to book this tiny home. I wanted to actually see what inside a tiny home. This tiny house utilized all the spaces. This was not only functionable, it was really cute. I must admit, I loved the back porch area. The couch and chairs were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. There were 3, 2 adults and 1 teenager. There was enough space for all of us. It was cleaned and I appreciated the setup. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot tub, so when we called, the owner's response was quick. We truly did enjoy this home and we were really able to relax. It was close enough to town, the walk was no effort at all. Thank you again for this beautiful home.
