This is one of the best properties we've ever rented (we have 30 years experience renting houses in various US vacation locations). The owner clearly knows how to run this listing. Very clean, nicely equipped, quality furnishings, helpful labels throughout the house, smart locks so you don't have to keep track of a key, ample off-street parking (which is a hot commodity in Saugatuck), AC that kept us cool when temps were 100F. The location is perfect if you want walkability around town. Anyone with mobility issues may struggle with the house entrances because there are steps with no railings.

It was a lovely house. Great location and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.
