This well-maintained, expanded 6-person vacation villa (Type F) is located in the De Krim bungalow park, in a quiet spot on the edge of the park, with 433 m² of private land, including the lot and surrounding area.

The entryway leads to a hallway with an utility closet, a closet housing the central heating system, and access to the luxurious, colorful kitchen featuring high-quality built-in appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room. The dining room features a Saarinen dining table with Vitra chairs. The living room has been recently painted and, like the dining room and kitchen, features new tile flooring, a fireplace, and French doors leading to the patio and garden. From the living room, you enter the inner hallway, which leads to a spacious bedroom with a built-in closet, a separate toilet with a sink, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a vanity, and connections for a washer and dryer.

A spiral staircase from the living room leads to the upper floor.
On the upper floor, there is a landing with two spacious bedrooms, one of which features a rooftop terrace. Also on the upper floor is a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and designer radiator. The bathroom features a dormer window.

The home is surrounded by a spacious garden with a lovely south/west-facing terrace. The CVE

is located in a well-equipped park, which features, among other things, a beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool with three water slides and a whitewater course. Another unique feature is the indoor play park, which is designed entirely in the Texel style. The park offers many amenities, including several restaurants, a beachcomber’s café, takeout restaurants, a great supermarket, and even a hair salon. In July and August, the central square at De Krim is transformed every Sunday into a lively market featuring delicacies and souvenirs.
The park features several playgrounds, a climbing park, bike rentals, and an 18-hole golf course. De Krim also offers excellent indoor facilities, such as bowling alleys, a laser tag arena, a fitness center, and indoor mini-golf. The park offers free Wi-Fi, and every accommodation has its own parking space.
