This beautiful apartment is just over 50 meters from the Central Market of Valencia. It is a house for tourist use with an area of 90 m2 completely renovated and is distributed on two floor. In the first one we find the kitchen and one of the bathrooms and in the floor downstairs are the 3 bedrooms and one bathroom more. The apartment has air conditioning ducts provided air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The windows have double glazing so it is a quiet apartment, excellently located in the center of downtown Valencia, close to everything!

I recently stayed in this home with my husband and three adult children. The home is in a fantastic location and is clean. It looks just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the coffee maker and pods. The living room only has the couch to sit on which really wasn't comfortable enough for the 5 adults, but we made it work with the dining room chairs, and the rest of the unit made up for that small inconvenience. Overall a great place to stay in Valencia!
