Two zone ac creates much colder lower floor and Luke warm second floor with bedrooms . It was 100 degrees so that likely complicated the ac situation so likely situational. Otherwise very nice house , very well equipped; great for a large group and very kid friendly would recommend.

Had a great weekend stay, the property had everything we needed to feel comfortable and safe.

The house was better than we had hoped. Thank you very much for a clean safe stay. We will be back.

We had one of the best vacation rental experiences in this property. The house is beautiful, and has lots of extra space for large groups. All the furniture and appliances are new, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms have all amenities (hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels). Everything was very clean. We really appreciated the host's welcome gift, clear communication, and general thoughtfulness. The spacious yard provides a lot of privacy and space to play/relax with pets, friends, or family. The location is great too: very close to trails, and only 5 min drive to the town of New Paltz. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon.
