- A 10 m² terrace equipped with a small table and chairs with a view of the Sainte-Victoire. This terrace is designed for smokers or for enjoying the fine weather, but is not suitable for lunching if you are more than two people.

The courtyard adjoining the terrace is used as a car park and is shared with the owners.
