***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and soak up your serene surroundings. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. Full kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This second floor king room offers a comfortable setting for your restful night's sleep with cozy linens, a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and private ensuite full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a table with 2 chairs just outside your room making outdoor living easy to access!
OUTDOOR LIVING...
Step out of your room to find a bright and breezy sundeck with loungers to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Down below lies a sparking, community pool to refresh your senses on a warm summer's afternoon. Convenient off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis although you are located just a short walk or bike ride to anything you could need within the Old Town district.
PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is 1.5 miles
South Beach is 0.7 miles
Higgs Beach is 0.7 miles
Smathers Beach is 2.1 miles
Cancellations requested at least 30 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our anniversary. The place is very clean and beautiful. The whole time we felt like we were alone in the while place we rarely saw anyone else. We definetely would stay again in the future

We stayed in Cortez room for 4 nights. The room was very small and cramped. There was not even room on the floor to open two suitcases. But bathroom was even worse. The shower had low water pressure and unstable temperature, sink faucet was loose and door would not close properly. The property was otherwise lovely and looked well maintained. It's a large older house with nice common spaces and a multilevel courtyard around the pool. So would recommend choosing a different room to stay and hopefully owners can make some repairs or expand adjoining rooms to make 2 larger suites. The location is very central, about 10 min walk to Duval street. mostwalked uuberuberuber/lyfconvenient.
