I highly recommend staying at this property. Everything was great! Communication with the property manager was especially excellent. This has been my second time staying at this property, and will continue to whenever I come to Rome for tennis!

The location was perfect. It was close to tons of good restaurants and only 5 mins from Berry college where my son was playing baseball. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We ate lunch at Berry College daily during the games and we went out to dinner at restaurants at night. The town of Berry was only about 10-15 minutes from the house and it had tons of cute shops, bars and restaurants. Having the washer and dryer at the house was nice to use to wash all of our laundry before we flew home. We didn’t need to use it but the house had a pack n play and some toys for babies and toddlers. I definitely will stay here again in the future if my son plays at Berry College again.

We were two families in town for a soccer tournament; two couples, and three children. The house was gleamingly clean and spacious. The king beds were nice & comfy and kitchen was very well stocked. Driveway accommodated two vehicles easily. Neighborhood was quiet. It served as a nice base for us for the weekend.
