Windows need cleaning and patio table looked pretty bad, need a new outdoor rug. Enjoyed hearing the river below.

Very large space for a group, loved being next to the river and it was very convenient to main street.

Eight of stayed on the property for two nights. I contacted the property owner and they let us check in early, which was great since we were traveling with my 83 year old aunt.The property was the perfect size and allowed us to cook meals and save money. We were close to all the action of Ouray.

The location was great. Close to Main Street and the river. Great balcony for morning coffee. Kitchen fully stocked including a plethora of spices and condiments. The only challenge was the oven and microwave which didn’t meet our expectations. The oven would not warm up enough to cook food and the microwave is on its last leg. We did use the outdoor grill to cook steaks!
