*New washer and dryer in unit ,New floors installed, new heat pump ac unit installed . Bright and open style apartment unit located directly across from Red Shores casino and Eastlink Center . Unit has 1 Queen bed & one double size sofa bed and 1 futon bed . This condo has a nice open concept kitchen for your convenience! This unit is roughly a 10-12 minute walk from downtime . Great location, spacious and comfortable. We didn't realize there were stairs up to the property, but that wasn't a big deal for us. Owner let us store our bikes in a shed so we didn't have to worry about them. Would recommend.

Check in was easy, the location was really close to all the locations we wanted to visit. The bed was really comfortable and Mark was quick to respond to any inquiries and issues.
