When we parked the car and went in the back door, the deck was right there-very splintered and worn. Also the picnic table in the back was very splintered. We didn’t use the grill while we were there. The inside was what was pictured and described in the listing. We brought our house cat and it was very convenient because of the pet friendly listing. The furniture and bedding were comfortable enough. Communication with the owner was pretty much immediate. No, it was what we needed because of its location. It was close to my husband‘s relatives.

The back door ( with the lock box) could use a little TLC to open and close a bit easier. Overall was a great stay. Close to everything.

Great little property near the business district. Very quiet neighborhood at night, but a lot of traffic during the day.

Asked while booking about air conditioning, 1 unit was missing upon arrival. Host brought and installed the 3rd unit the following day. We locked ourselves out and the host quickly let us back in. Towels were damp and had a smell, only 2 spoons, Keurig and air fryer were dirty. Over 100 degrees while staying and the one small AC unit did nothing to help the upstairs. *where half the sleeping is. Thankfully we had family in town to borrow fans, towels, and spoons from.
