Offering high end amenities, this two bedroom oceanfront unit is located on the third floor, giving guests a breathtaking view of the coastline stretching from Washington to Tillamook Head. The master bedroom has a King bed and it's own private bathroom. The other room is a Queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The elevator access is steps away from this unit. Located on the north end of the prom, you are only a 10 min. walk from Broadway and all the dining and fun that downtown has to offer. Keep in mind that the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min. on the check-out procedure. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Occupancy: 6 people (Guests of all ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)

Maximum Vehicles - 2 (Vehicles must park on site, there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home in Seaside)
