This bright, minimalist home features a porch, back deck, and paved backyard with direct access to the lake. Guests can enjoy fishing, relaxing in the hammock, or unwinding outdoors while taking in peaceful waterfront views. The beach is just a short stroll away.
The home is filled with natural light, new furnishings, and quality appliances designed for a comfortable stay.
As our guests, you’ll have access to the entire lakehouse, including the shared backyard and community amenities for your enjoyment.
Please note that the backyard is shared with one neighboring home.
The owner’s closet between the kitchen and laundry room is locked and not accessible to guests.

Outdoor spaces: Front porch for morning coffee, and a back deck overlooking the lake with dining, seating, hammock, and BBQ grill.
Family-friendly: Pack-and-play, high chair, baby bathtub, and thoughtful child-friendly touches throughout the home.
Pet-Friendly: Pet food station and extra poop bags provided. Pets that shed heavily are not permitted, and additional cleaning fees will apply.
Parking: Please use only the two designated spaces behind the house and street parking. Do not block the SHARED driveway.
WiFi: Wi-Fi is typically strong and reliable, but service may occasionally be affected by weather or outages outside of our control. As with most residential internet service, uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Parties & events: No parties, events, or large gatherings—quiet, respectful stays only.
Smoking: Strict non-smoking property. Our app provides real-time alerts if smoking is detected inside the home and violations will result in fines.
Train noise: Homes along the coast are located near active train tracks. Freight trains do not follow a set schedule and may pass during your stay, including overnight. Train horns may also be heard as trains pass through the area. Earplugs and noise machines are provided in each bedroom for guest comfort.
Bugs / pests: The home is located in a coastal area surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While uncommon, you may occasionally see outdoor insects or pests near or around the property, especially during certain weather conditions as they seek shelter. Regular pest control is performed as part of routine maintenance.

Peaceful little house and neighborhood (it shared a lot with an almost identical house). My daughter and I enjoyed a peaceful bike ride around Pass Christian. My son loved being able to run out back to fish for a few minutes. Nice having TVs in all the rooms and plenty of towels and cookware.

For a family of 5, sometimes it’s hard to find a place that accommodates everyone’s interests- but this place did not disappoint!First off, it’s very spacious!3 bedrooms - with a king bed for us & a private bath.A queen for my daughter and 2 twins for my boys - Was perfect! The livingroom had a sectional couch that we could all sit on and watch movies together!The dining area & kitchen was so simple and practical. Second, the accommodations were so thoughtful. A tv in every room.Ear plugs bc it is next to a train track but it wasn’t an issue at all!And Jenga at the kitchen table that my youngest loved!Extra blankets, pillows and cot mattresses were also available! Third, it was so close to the beach! We went during the week, and it wasn’t busy at all!Very calm and family friendly!And SHAGGY’s - one of our fave restaurants- was an awesome surprise right down the road!Lastly, the host was so friendly and communicated all the details in a timely manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would love to revisit!!**note you can’t swim in the water- but it’s a pretty view!!
