Located in one of the most idyllic corners of the island, in Cap de Artrutx, this beautiful property sits beside the iconic lighthouse, with the island of Mallorca painting the horizon in the background. The sunset views are simply breathtaking, offering the perfect setting for an evening stroll with friends or family.

Completely renovated in 2020, the home has been designed with high-quality materials and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring total comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the lively Marina of Cala’n Bosch, brimming with activities and services to suit every taste. Enjoy boat rentals, sea excursions, bike or horseback rides, and a wide selection of restaurants serving fresh fish, pasta, and meats. There are also pharmacies, pubs, bars, and a children’s playground, making it the ideal spot to have everything you need right at your doorstep.

The nearest beaches are Son Xoriguer and Cala’n Bosch, both perfect for swimming and relaxing. Within a few kilometers, you’ll also find some of Menorca’s most famous coves — Son Saura, Cala Blanca, Cala’n Turqueta, Macarella, and Macarelleta — each offering crystal-clear waters and pristine sand.

Next to the complex lies the wonderful Marina of Cala’n Bosch, a vibrant small harbor full of life and amenities. You’ll find 24-hour supermarkets, a pharmacy, a medical office, and countless leisure activities, including boat trips, skipper-free rentals, diving, horseback riding, cycling, hiking, and car or motorbike hire. For families, there’s even a water park with slides, pools, a video game area, go-karts, bouncy castles, and ball parks — guaranteed fun for the little ones while adults relax at one of the many terraces, restaurants, pubs, and chill-out lounges surrounding the marina.

Just beside the marina, the fine white-sand coves of Son Xoriguer invite you to enjoy a variety of water sports at the Surf and Sail Center, where you can take windsurfing lessons, join group kayak trips, or rent Hobie Cats (small catamarans) for an exciting adventure on the sea. You can also rent a boat without a skipper to explore, with friends or family, the most emblematic coves of Menorca along this stunning coastline.
